Can you sealcoat over cracks?
Sealer isn't a crack filler — cracks get hot-applied filler first, then the sealcoat goes over the whole surface. Sealing over open cracks just paints the problem.
How long does sealcoating take to dry?
Foot traffic in a few hours, vehicles typically after 24 hours — faster in Fresno summer heat, longer in cool or humid weather. We schedule so the cure happens on your quiet hours, not your busy ones.
