The rules of the road,
written plainly.
What using this website means, what an estimate is and isn't, and where the real contract terms live.

What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of asphaltpavingfresno.com, the website of California Asphalt Professionals (“CAP”), 2350 W Floradora Ave, Fresno, CA 93728, CSLB C-32 #760658. Using the site means you accept them. The actual paving, sealcoating, striping and concrete work we perform is governed by the written estimate and contract you sign for that job — not by this web page.
Estimates, quotes & scheduling
Everything on this website about pricing philosophy, scheduling patterns and timelines is general information, not an offer. A binding price exists only in a written estimate prepared after we walk your site, and it’s valid for the period stated on it. Descriptions of typical lead times (“same-week starts are normal”) reflect honest averages, not guarantees — weather, material supply and job complexity move real schedules.
The chat assistant and contact forms create an estimate request, not an appointment or contract. A human confirms every commitment.
License, insurance & workmanship
CAP holds CSLB license C-32 #760658 (Parking & Highway Improvement), verifiable at cslb.ca.gov, and carries the insurance California requires of licensed contractors. Warranty terms for actual work are stated in each job’s written contract. Statements on this site about longevity (“a 25-year surface”) describe what proper construction can achieve, not a warranty of any particular result on any particular site.
Website content & accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate — services, cities, processes, and the honest trade-offs between them. Still, content can lag reality: a price philosophy can change, a service area can grow, a typo can slip through. We may correct, update or remove content at any time without notice. If something on this site matters to a decision you’re making, confirm it by phone first.
Content on this site (text, photos of our work, graphics) belongs to CAP or its licensors. You’re welcome to link to any page; don’t scrape, republish or pass our content off as yours.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, no spam through our forms or chat, no automated scraping that burdens the server, no submitting someone else’s personal information as your own. We filter abusive traffic and may block it without notice.
Third-party links & tools
The site links to third parties (for example, the CSLB license lookup, Google’s privacy pages, our social profiles) and uses third-party tools described in the Privacy Policy. Those sites and tools have their own terms; we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” To the extent California law allows, we disclaim implied warranties about the website itself (not about our paid work, which carries the contract terms and warranties stated in your job paperwork) and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use — things like lost time from an outage or reliance on a page that had gone stale. Nothing in these terms limits rights California law says can’t be limited, and nothing here limits our responsibilities under contractor licensing law for actual construction work.
Governing law & disputes
These website terms are governed by California law. Disputes about the website belong in the state or federal courts serving Fresno County, California. Disputes about actual construction work follow the dispute provisions in that job’s contract — and California’s CSLB offers a complaint and arbitration process for licensed-contractor disputes as well.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms by posting the new version with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance. Questions? (559) 442-4105 — Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, a person answers.
