Water-based paint takes traffic in 30–60 minutes in Valley heat. We stripe lots in phases so businesses stay open.
Re-stripe or re-layout?
If the old layout works, a re-stripe over clean asphalt is quick and cheap. If stalls are tight, flow is backwards, or the ADA count is short, a re-layout fixes problems paint alone can't — and often finds you extra spaces.
